The session with the Elliot family was a dream! They played and laughed and didn’t stress at all. I just recently did my own family session so I know how stressful sessions can be but when families try to put all of that behind them and live in the moment, things really go well and I’m able to capture a lot of great moments.
As a photographer in Temecula I love venturing over to the beach to do some family sessions! It’s a real treat!
Josie is the mom of this family and she works with my husband. She told him that at their last family session with another photographer she told them that their kids were to hard to photograph and so she didn’t get anything of them individually. Josie appreciated that I ran after the kids and still got some individuals of them. I didn’t take no for an answer in a very loving way of course!
It’s not always easy to get kids pose and smile when they are a toddler or preschooler but I have 4 kids so I know how little kids are and I give it everything I’ve got at these photo sessions. I know what moms go through just to arrive color coordinated with everyone’s hair combed. It’s hard but so so worth it! I hope that each family session is so fun that when they look at their prints afterwards they remember what a wonderful time they had!!
